Shibashi Qigong can be described as poetry in motion, a practice that transcends the logical and linear mind with forms such as “dancing with rainbows” and ” rowing in the heart of the lake”, allowing you to connect at a deeper, more intuitive level. Its harmonious blend of flowing movements, synchronized breathing, and meditative focus fosters unity between the body, mind, and spirit. This connection enhances self-awareness, enabling practitioners to tap into their inner wisdom and the natural rhythms of life.

Such a state of flow not only nurtures emotional well-being but also unlocks creative energy and insights that often remain dormant in the busyness of daily life. Qigong becomes a bridge to a deeper understanding of oneself and the world by quieting the analytical mind and engaging with the present moment.

We’re not focusing on Zhineng Qigong itself in this first block but will apply its core principles. If you’re interested in learning different forms of Zhineng Qigong in future classes, please let me know. I can also offer teachings on Mingjue and mindfulness. Your feedback is valuable in helping me tailor the courses to your needs
