Today is a new day—a moment to reflect and evolve. Though it may pass in the blink of an eye, over the course of 10, 20, or even 50 years, we have the chance to shape our lives and ourselves. Hard work and practice are vital on this journey, yet they do not automatically ensure that progress will follow. It’s crucial to recognize the surroundings and conditions in which we pursue our goals. This is the formless existence I live—constantly moulded by my actions and choices. Time swiftly slips away, and soon enough, our ego and logical minds take charge, focusing on relentless practice. But even amid all that effort, progress is no guarantee. Out of the 19 billion people in the world, how many have worked harder than you? And still, why is it that they often don’t enjoy a higher quality of life? We must not let dreams and ambitions blind us; we also need to heed the call for our own physical and mental awakening. It takes an awakened heart to see that genuine progress involves more than just hard work—it requires a profound understanding and connection to our inner self. So, instead of pushing ourselves to practice for ten straight hours, let’s aim for a single moment where we truly grasp what our heart needs. That brief realization can make each day valuable and meaningful rather than lost in endless busyness and exertion.
We also discussed the importance of finding your inner initiative and mastering yourself. This initiative is essential in order to understand where your priorities and intentions lie and who guides your thoughts and actions. Is it you or someone else? Your qi, your mind, or your thought process should be led by the most proactive master- awareness
Transformation is essential. It’s perfectly acceptable if immediate changes in the quality of our lives or practice aren’t evident; everything unfolds as a process, interweaving ups and downs, lefts and rights. The true experience of transformation comes from feeling and being present, gradually enhancing the quality of our endeavours. Effective practice relies on blending both structure and formlessness—these dual elements awaken something inside us. This means being fully aware of our movements, sensations, emotions, thoughts, and even the uncharted territories waiting to be discovered. By adding form to an otherwise formless process, we create an inner chemistry that sparks transformation and growth. Even a single moment of clarity or understanding signals that we have evolved in some way, laying a secure foundation for future practice and building self-confidence and trust. Such trust arises from small but consistent daily efforts—what we refer to as the formless. As we integrate this into our everyday lives, our Qi field grows stronger and our overall quality of life improves. That is why one true moment of practice can be more precious than three years of unconscious effort. Continue practicing mindfully each day, and transformation will follow.
If you can see the mountain, where are you? If you can observe the mountain, what position does that put you in? The mountain exists outside of you, creating a separation between subject and object. Through awareness, you can identify and transcend these barriers—moving beyond the confines of a limited mind. So, do not let your thoughts confine you. With deep meditation and grounding practices, you attain profound insights, giving you the chance to transform these barriers and change your perception, definition, or concept of them. Your thoughts do not truly belong to you—they only serve to separate you from genuine seeing. They do not define you. Remember, if you can see the mountain, you remain outside of it.
The same applies to blockages, whether physical or mental. Viewing them as separate from ourselves only creates division and conflict. In our efforts to heal from this state of fearful separation, we might inadvertently empower the blockage through resistance. It’s essential to recalibrate our minds and our approaches. The practice extends beyond merely being present; it also involves correcting our mental state. Are we exerting too much force? Do we require more effort or more compassion? Perhaps we need to let go. With awareness, we arrive in the present moment to discern what is necessary. Sometimes, doing nothing is the best course of action. Each moment is new and calls for a unique response. By observing the connection between mind and body, we can begin to awaken from a faulty understanding and move toward liberation.
During our conversation, Robert mentioned his grounding techniques and how he has recognized the Earth’s qi energy and its ability to raise and sublimate within us. It’s like a purification process for our inner selves and our sensations. Another example is how we tend to go through breakfast, lunch, and dinner without truly being aware of what we are eating or the experience as a whole. We lack this Formless aspect in our cooking and eating, making it a mundane and repetitive task instead of something interesting or curious. This is why it feels like there is no significant difference between each day, as we just go through the motions without any real intention or purpose behind our actions.
. At the lower level of frequency, we must experience suffering and react to it. To maintain a high-frequency awareness, we must practice and discipline ourselves. Having a higher frequency means having a higher level of awareness, allowing us to master our lives. It’s not just about enduring suffering passively; we also have the initiative to take control of our own lives.
Transformation is necessary to maintain a high vibrational state or reach higher dimensions in your life.
