Our approach integrates mindfulness with the energetic wisdom of Qigong and the healing principles of the Five Organs, including the emotional aspects found in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Rather than focusing on complex forms, the workshop emphasizes direct experience through "effortless effort" and simple Qigong mudra movements & sounds.

Xie goes straight to the heart. His methods are rooted in direct understanding, wisdom, and compassion—a bold and fiercely authentic way of being. He follows a path of direct insight and guides others to do the same.
His journey into the world of Qigong began out of a deep personal need. When his mother was stricken with Ménière's disease and conventional medicine offered no solutions, Xie Chuan turned to Qigong as a last hope. Committed to the practice, he took his mother to a park daily, and within 25 days, the simple methods they used completely cured her illness. This experience was transformative for Xie Chuan, altering the course of his life.
In his late teens, he was accepted to the intensive teacher training course at Dr. Pang Ming's Huaxia Qigong research centre, known internationally as "the medicine-less hospital."
In later years, he worked with the Daohearts teacher team in the Wudang mountains and was the vice-chancellor of the Xi'an Scientific Research Centre.
