About

Hi, I’m Sara


With a practice rooted in decades of experience, I began my meditation journey in 1993, learning under the guidance of Buddhist monks. During this time, I was first introduced to the art of Qigong, sparking a lifelong exploration of healing, mindfulness, and understanding the work of the subtle energy body. This journey deepened with academic study, earning a degree in Comparative Religions from the School of Oriental & African Studies, deepening my understanding of Eastern & Western wisdom, from Buddhism, Shamanism, and Religious Mystical Traditions to Joseph Campbell, Jung & Transpersonal psychology.

Over the years, I’ve navigated these practices’ myths, challenges, and truths, drawing wisdom from renowned Qigong and Buddhist masters.
As a mother of two teenage daughters, I have had to learn how to weave these ancient traditions into the fabric of family life, demonstrating how meditation and Qigong can be a grounding force in modern living. Today, I am committed to sharing these transformative practices with others, offering guidance to those seeking balance, healing, and a deeper connection to the wisdom of the heart.
