With a practice rooted in decades of experience, I began my meditation journey in 1993, learning under the guidance of Buddhist monks. During this time, I was first introduced to the art of Qigong, sparking a lifelong exploration of healing, mindfulness, and energy work. Over the years, I’ve navigated the myths, challenges, and truths of these practices, drawing wisdom from renowned Qigong and Buddhist masters.
As a mother of two teenage daughters, I have woven these ancient traditions into the fabric of family life, demonstrating how meditation and Qigong can be a grounding force in modern living. Today, I am passionate about sharing these transformative practices with others, offering guidance to those seeking balance, healing, and a deeper connection to life’s flow.
